Standard processing times apply in addition to delivery times, eg; 5-10 business days processing + express and customized in person delivery and/or drop off within 1-3 days after order has been processed, versus 5-10 business days processing + standard shipping that may take 2-5 business days to a postal address

We are currently connecting with local makers and growers to provide fresh ingredients and resources suited to establish an ever supportive cycle of economical efficiency. Ingredients are selected from multiple sources with local, organic, fair, and ethical means held as priority. We are 100% plant based.

We currently accept Debit, Credit, Klarna, Afterpay, Cash App, Gift Card, Cash, and Apple Pay
Gift cards may be purchased to use towards orders and are available for use immediately after purchase. All cards are sent through email.
Preorders will process as ‘back orders’ do and will usually state the expected processing dates per listing. This form of ordering is placed before creation or stock of an item and may take longer than standard times. Please allow up to 15 business days for processing in addition to standard shipping timelines.
Digital purchases will contain a link after order placement and will include any included downloadable files.
For orders through other sites and apps, silkhai will adhere to terms of the entity for shipping and ordering.
Orders may take up to 10 days for processing, and an additional 2-8 business days for shipment of standard US orders. International orders outside of the US share the same processing time, but may take 5-30 business days for shipment depending on location.

Orders currently ship at a flat rate. All will be shown after entering an address via checkout.
Full rates and information may not be available via our site, so please reach out for any other shipping options, insurance, and/or rates.
Please consider referencing additional fees and customs information before ordering. Customers are responsible for any customs charges which vary by country and can include VAT, brokerage, and additional postal service processing fees.
All shipments will include a link with tracking information after order placement
We are not responsible for any mishaps with shipped orders. Shipments returned with “Return To Sender” will be refunded minus any shipment costs for US orders.
International orders are not eligible to be returned as “Return To Sender” and will be treated as “abandoned”. International orders that have non successful, refused, and/or failed delivery attempts may also be considered “abandoned” and result in being disposed of. These orders are fully non-refundable.
If a package turns up missing or damaged, a claim must be filed with the postal servicer by the purchaser. Packages marked as “abandoned” do not qualify for any type of return or refund.
We use a mixture of herbs, flowers, butters, oils, powders, fragrances, emulsifiers, and other natural fragments that may show up in products due to the many elements that go through creating. All ingredients are listed per item.
Most products are versatile and can be used interchangeably throughout the body. Sample tests are suggested before full use of any product to detect and/or avoid any potential allergic reactions.
With being in an opening stage, product containers, materials, and/or availability may vary. We are constantly working towards the most ecologically efficient options and appreciate your support in doing so while further extending the cycles! We plan to reduce plastic use by end of 2024.
For preservation of products, store in a cool dark place, use clean hands or devices, and keep sealed when not in use. Melting of most butter and oil based products is absolutely normal and can be reformed by storing or placing in fridge. Due to the nature of products and their perishable ingredients, most products are made for immediate use. Expiry indicators will be displayed per product.
We are currently offering a range of product size options to get an idea on the most desirable units for inventory. Please be advised that this will change to a limited amount in the future.
Our current default product sizes are as follows (in measurement of ounces/oz);
Salves – 2oz*, 4oz, 8oz
Oils – 2 fl oz*, 4 fl oz, 8 fl oz
Creams – 4oz, 8oz or 12oz*

Anything outside of these measurements are considered ‘custom’ and will be priced accordingly. Packaging for custom items may also vary.
Do be aware that due to market fluctuations, general availability, and other environmental factors, some products may have a longer stock wait then others. Some items may be limited or seasonal and may not make any comebacks until their next season or neva. All products will be labeled as necessary. Some pricing may be adjusted in order to provide accessibility or for promotional means. All prices however, are subject to change at any time.
